Yunnan cuisine is China's most diverse - featuring ethnic minority specialties, wild mushrooms, and fresh herbs. Here are must-try dishes:
Yunnan's most famous dish - massive bowl of hot broth with raw ingredients you cook yourself at the table. Original version from Mengzi. Best in Kunming.

💡 Yunnan's Scale: Yunnan is HUGE. Don't try to do too much - focus on one region per trip. Lijiang+Dali is 5-6 days minimum, Shangri-La adds another 3-4 days.
